Allison Dampier
School Director/ Co-Founder
Allison Dampier has a diverse educational background helping her design academic programs for Advantages School International students and provides guidance in her role as School Director. Her role puts her in direct communication with parents and teachers on a daily basis.
Dampier holds a Master of Education from University of LaVerne with an emphasis in reading and language arts and an undergraduate degree in organizational communication. She is a Ph. D student at Northcentral University.
Dampier, who spent more than a decade teaching in “brick and mortar” classrooms, received certification as a reading specialist and holds a multiple subject teaching credential (CLAD). Dampier served as an associate faculty member for National University. In that role, she wrote online curriculum and served as a placement specialist and advisor for student teachers.
Dampier believes in a high-energy, enthusiastic approach to learning. She and her colleagues founded Advantages Online Private School in 2007. After seeing budgets and course offerings cut in public schools, they wanted to “level the playing field” and give students the opportunity of diverse course offerings with individualized attention.
Pam Dion
Director/Co-Founder
As the director for Advantages School International, Pam Dion uses skills she developed as both a highly qualified educator, marketing professional and technological expert. She holds a Master of Education from National University with an emphasis in reading and language arts. Dion also holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in industrial technology.
She uses her blend of skills to provide a cutting-edge educational structure for students. Dion has designed curriculum for after-school programs in addition to philanthropic marketing and fundraising.
She has a passion for education and to motivate students to set and develop plans to meet goals in addition to problem-solving. The skill is backed up by a multiple subject teaching credential (CLAD).

Sandy Gamba
Registrar/Co-Founder
Sandy Gamba, who has dedicated her professional life to higher education, brings more than 14 years of experience with various universities to Advantages School International. Her passion has taken her to Washington, DC where she legislated for equal access to college opportunities by increasing financial assistance. Gamba holds an M. B. A. from University of Denver and an undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University.
Gamba is a leader in the education community. She served a three-year term as president of the five-state Rocky Mountain Association of College Admission Counselors. Gamba has served on committees and boards including the Hispanic Association of Nevada Educators and lead enrollment efforts for five separate universities.
